Booking procedure
I am interested in booking one of the properties on this site how do I check availability?
If you would like us to check availability for any of the proeprties on this site then you can contact us direct by email, website enquiry form, telephone or fax. We will check the availability for your chosen property and give you prices and further relevent information.
How do I make a reservation for a property?
Once you have checked the availability with us then you can make a provisional reservation which is valid for 7 days without obligation. This gives you time to sort out any travel arrangements, dates, discuss with family members etc. In this 7 days you must complete one of our booking forms (you can download one from this page or we can email or post you a copy) and return it to us with a deposit for your property. The non-refundable deposit is 30% of the total booking cost. (please see terms and conditions)
What is the method of payment?
We can accept payment in euros in the following ways:
Euro cheque (made payable to KINGS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SL)
Bank transfer to our Spanish account (details upon request)
Credit card (please speak to our office if you wish to make a credit card payment)
When do I need to pay the balance?
The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of you property rental.
Will I receive written confirmation once I have paid a deposit?
Once we have received your deposit and signed booking form then we will process your booking. You will receive an invoice from us with all your booking details on. Please check to ensure all details are correct. It will give you the date the final holiday balance is due. Please ensure that the payment is made to us on or before the date shown on your invoice.
When will I receive key collection information?
Once we have revceived your final balance then we will send you our final information pack which contains all the relevent information that you will need. It includes directions from airports, key collection details our office hours, 24 hr contact telephone numbers and details of our resort extras that we offer.
